Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate office schedules, appointments, and calendar management for management and staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Prepare, organize, and file documents, reports, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in company databases.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and information flow.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute summaries as required.
  • Assist with general office errands and support the team with various ad-hoc tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and standard office procedures.
