Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate office schedules, appointments, and calendar management for management and staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents, reports, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in company databases.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and information flow.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute summaries as required.
- Assist with general office errands and support the team with various ad-hoc tasks.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with office equipment and standard office procedures.
