Beishi Trading Co Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Siburan, Sarawak. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and office filing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with halal food industry standards.
- Process sales orders and invoices using AutoCount Accounting software.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports related to inventory and office expenses.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Handle incoming inquiries and maintain professional communication with clients and vendors.
- Monitor office supply levels and handle procurement requests as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong numerical proficiency and experience handling financial data or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in AutoCount Accounting software is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet strict deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high integrity in handling sensitive information.
