Tanggung Jawab

  • Review and verify complex documents and contract terms and conditions prior to formal submission.
  • Maintain and organize tender/quotation logs and master contract files.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of administrative workflows.
  • Prepare and update reports related to project status and contractual milestones.
  • Provide general office administrative support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
  • Monitor submission deadlines to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
  • Support the procurement or tendering team in document preparation and administrative follow-ups.

Kualifikasi

  • Singaporean citizen only.
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, 'N' Level, or Nitec/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies in legal or contract documents.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team goals.
