Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership teams
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and equipment management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support onboarding processes and new employee administrative requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth departmental operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in deadline-driven environments
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving aptitude
