Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily front-office operations and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics for department heads.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Manage office inventory and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment of office supplies.
  • Support the HR and finance teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
