Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing professional assistance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies while maintaining inventory records.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc projects to ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional integrity.
