Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and office supply inventory.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate internal communications and facilitate smooth workflows between departments.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, manage correspondence, and act as the first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
