Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations and coordinate scheduling for technical staff.
- Maintain accurate client records, service logs, and inventory documentation.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visitors with professionalism.
- Prepare, format, and organize reports, invoices, and service contracts.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure equipment and supply requirements are met for site visits.
- Manage petty cash and process basic administrative payments.
- Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace, including office supply inventory management.
- Provide general administrative support to management as required.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree is a plus.
- Residency in or near San Fernando, Pampanga is highly preferred.
