Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing department including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange logistics for internal and external events
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for projects and client information
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Handle incoming communications professionally and direct inquiries to appropriate team members
- Support budget tracking, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Coordinate office operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
