Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and file maintenance.
  • Draft, review, and issue accurate sales quotations for clients in a timely manner.
  • Perform precise data entry and encoding for sales transactions and internal logs.
  • Support the accounting department with basic bookkeeping, invoice tracking, and document filing.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital records to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate with different internal departments to streamline operational processes.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Handle general office inquiries with professionalism and a client-focused attitude.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, clerical, or support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and numerical encoding.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks under minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to office organization.
  • Completion of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Pasig City.
