Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain an effective filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring office equipment is well-maintained.
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports and data entry tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and related logistics for team members as required.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
