Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office administrative tasks, including answering calls, emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure accurate documentation and quick retrieval.
- Prepare, draft, and proofread business correspondence, reports, and internal memos.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments for management staff.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with basic data entry and support other departments with ad-hoc administrative requests.
- Monitor office facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
