Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Prepare and process invoices and financial documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases
- Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
Kualifikasi
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Malay and English
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
