Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for various business operations and databases.
  • Assist with fundamental administrative and accounting duties, including preparing invoices and expense reports.
  • Efficiently manage and organize both physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
  • Prepare, process, and reconcile payment vouchers and other financial documents.
  • Coordinate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal salesmen to streamline procurement and sales processes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team and various departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role is preferred; fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
