Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office correspondence, filing systems, and administrative documentation
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely inventory replenishment
- Support sales team with order processing, reports, and presentation materials
- Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement activities
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining departmental calendars
- Prepare monthly administrative reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years administrative experience in retail or office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
