Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for project documentation and company records.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules to ensure management productivity.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project-related documentation.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed to ensure operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
