Tanggung Jawab
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointment coordination for department staff
- Handle incoming/outgoing communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for organized record-keeping
- Assist with office procurement, inventory management, and supply coordination
- Support event planning and meeting logistics across the organization
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
- Provide cross-departmental administrative support as needed
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge and expense reporting experience
- Proactive problem-solving and collaborative mindset
