Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Accounts Officer with general accounting and administrative duties.
- Manage and maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other accounting documentation accurately.
- Perform data entry and prepare routine reports as required.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage office calendars efficiently.
- Support overall office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative or accounting support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
