Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting tasks including data entry, bookkeeping, and reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports
- Assist in processing payroll and employee documentation
- Handle correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Organize office supplies and ensure efficient inventory management
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial report preparation
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Kualifikasi
- SMK Akuntansi or S1 Akuntansi degree with minimum GPA 3.00
- Quick learning ability and proactive problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in tasks
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Immediate availability to start the position
