We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at W Bridges Manpower Corp. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support specifically for the Property Management operations of Taal Terraces and other ADF assets. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to contribute to a thriving property management environment in Tagaytay City.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Property Management team.
  • Manage office schedules, appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Maintain and organize accurate property records, files, and digital databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, presentations, and general documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers regarding facility maintenance and operations.
  • Support the coordination of company events and general office administration tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
