Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling office correspondence.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive filing systems to ensure document control and data integrity.
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
  • Assist department heads with special projects and data entry requirements.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and professional front-office environment at all times.
  • Monitor and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, document control, or office management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and G-Suite tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
