Tanggung Jawab
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and record-keeping procedures
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings for staff
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Assist with onboarding processes and training for new administrative staff
- Monitor office inventory and coordinate procurement of supplies
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
- Support cross-departmental projects with administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative software
