Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for legal team members
- Prepare, edit, and distribute legal documents with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality
- Manage digital and physical filing systems ensuring efficient document retrieval and compliance
- Handle incoming communications including calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism
- Assist in office operations including supply management, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Support data entry, record-keeping, and reporting tasks using office software and databases
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience in a professional services or legal environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to grammar and accuracy
