In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth communication between project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors while meticulously tracking document submissions and approvals.
As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our office's efficiency and supporting our project teams. You will be responsible for managing schedules, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to track document submissions and approvals
- Manage office schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate meeting minutes
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate filing systems and electronic records
- Assist with onboarding and training of new administrative staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
