Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting logistics across multiple departments
  • Handle incoming/outbound communications including emails, calls, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for confidential immigration documents
  • Coordinate office operations including supply inventory management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite

Kualifikasi
