We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Masai, Johor. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that office functions run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing essential administrative tasks, including document filing, accurate data entry, and handling a high volume of emails and phone calls. Your ability to schedule appointments and coordinate with various stakeholders will be crucial in supporting our overall office operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date databases.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage the daily calendar.
- Assist with general office operations and supply management.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Secretarial Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
