Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and phone.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing the executive calendar.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication.

Kualifikasi
