Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and phone.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing the executive calendar.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos and reports as required.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
