Fresenius Kabi is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya. As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Supply Chain and Sales departments. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain and Sales teams by compiling, tabulating, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. You will assist in preparing detailed reports, managing documentation, and coordinating various administrative functions to ensure operational efficiency. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Supply Chain and Sales departments.
- Compile, tabulate, and analyze data to support business decisions and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and presentations for management.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings for department heads and internal teams.
- Handle incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries, with professionalism.
- Assist in procurement processes and office supply management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Experience in Supply Chain or Logistics is a strong advantage.
