Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily front-office operations and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of information.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation as required by management.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure seamless workflows.
- Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Assist with basic data entry and general bookkeeping tasks to support the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Administration or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to work in Simpang Ampat, Penang.
