Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily front-office operations and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of information.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation as required by management.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure seamless workflows.
  • Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Assist with basic data entry and general bookkeeping tasks to support the finance department.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work in Simpang Ampat, Penang.
