Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail with professional urgency.
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communication materials.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and process purchase requisitions as needed.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors and external partners, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Support the HR and finance departments with basic administrative documentation and data entry.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline office processes and improve operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a team environment.
