Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and issue accurate client invoices and official receipts.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for confidential business documents.
- Perform basic computer operations, including data entry and report generation.
- Assist team members with general office coordination and workflow support.
- Ensure office supplies and documentation are kept up-to-date.
- Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a minimum of SPM or Diploma in Administration, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (Chinese proficiency is an added advantage).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with high integrity and reliability.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior administrative experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
