Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including phone and email correspondence.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate maintenance/procurement requests.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
- Support general office administration and provide ad-hoc assistance to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a professional manner.
