Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Assist the management team with scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management.
  • Maintain and update internal digital filing systems and company databases with high accuracy.
  • Support the HR and recruitment process by coordinating interviews and onboarding documentation.
  • Oversee office supply inventory and manage procurement requests to ensure a stocked workspace.
  • Coordinate with vendors, building management, and courier services as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes to support department heads.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
