Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as needed
- Support the management team by handling various administrative tasks and projects
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement of necessary items
- Assist in onboarding new employees and providing them with necessary information
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of company activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
