- Manage and maintain accurate documentation systems including digital and physical filing
- Perform precise data entry and database management tasks
- Coordinate office logistics including scheduling, meeting arrangements, and travel bookings
- Handle incoming communications professionally via phone, email, and correspondence
- Manage office inventory and procurement of supplies
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports
- Support cross-functional team coordination for projects and events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
