Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily office administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules to ensure optimal workflow.
- Handle incoming communications via phone and email with professional etiquette.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative requests to facilitate project milestones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in an Office Support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
