Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assist in bookkeeping, invoicing, and billing processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports and financial records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, schedules, and meeting coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
- Provide general support to visitors and staff members.
Qualifications
- College graduate or undergraduate in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
