Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail handling.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring timelines are tracked and deadlines are met.
  • Prepare, format, and organize architectural documentation and site submissions.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel or site visits as required.
  • Maintain office inventory and manage procurement of stationeries and pantry supplies.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to project architects and designers on various administrative tasks.
  • Assist in data entry and filing systems maintenance to ensure records are kept compliant and accessible.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential project information professionally.
