Dinkargo Recycle is seeking a highly organized, responsible, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our operations at the Batu Kawah Branch in Kuching, Sarawak. In this essential role, you will be the backbone of our branch's daily activities, overseeing office documentation and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, organize, and maintain physical and digital filing systems, documentation, and office records.
- Perform daily data entry tasks with high accuracy to update company records and transaction logs.
- Provide general administrative support to branch management and team members to optimize workflow.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate parties.
- Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and other basic financial/operational reports.
- Monitor and coordinate office supply inventory, placing orders when necessary.
- Ensure the reception and general office areas remain clean, organized, and professional.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least an SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration, Clerical Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in office administration, data entry, or clerical support is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A responsible, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be residing in or willing to commute to Batu Kawah, Kuching.
