Dermesse is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing Brand and Digital Department in Makati City. As the backbone of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly, allowing our brand strategies to flourish. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in the execution of digital campaigns. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks to support the Brand and Digital Department's project timelines.
- Manage departmental files, digital assets, and documentation with high accuracy.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of team meetings, brainstorm sessions, and project reviews.
- Prepare reports and summaries related to digital campaign performance and departmental progress.
- Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
- Maintain calendars and travel arrangements for the department leadership when necessary.
- Support the team in gathering research and data for upcoming brand marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms is a strong advantage.
