Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to clients and internal team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and records
- Coordinate communication between clients and various departments within the organization
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements for client-facing activities
- Assist with preparation of client materials, presentations, and documentation
- Resolve administrative issues and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance client service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably with client service focus
