Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the regional office.
  • Maintain and organize both physical and electronic filing systems for insurance documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence with high accuracy.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from clients and partners.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events.
  • Process and track documentation related to insurance policies and claims.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Perform data entry tasks to keep internal databases up to date.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
