Ideals Recruitment is currently partnering with a prestigious, well-established leader in the Large Format Printing and Design industry to find a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team in Kallang.

In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our customer service and operations department. This is a purely administrative and customer support position—there is absolutely no sales or cold-calling involved. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between clients and our production team, managing order documentation, and providing top-tier support to ensure our printing projects are delivered to the highest standards.

We are looking for an organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely work. If you are a proactive communicator with a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and telephone with a professional and helpful demeanor.
  • Manage and process project orders, ensuring all specifications are accurately recorded for the production team.
  • Maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems for client documentation and project records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to track order status and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and other essential administrative paperwork.
  • Assist in general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve basic customer service issues and escalate complex matters appropriately to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with high standards for data accuracy.
  • Positive, team-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced printing and design environment.
