Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and confidential documents
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination
- Support meeting preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and document management tasks
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment
