Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and organize financial records, digital files, and physical documentation with high accuracy.
  • Assist the finance team in preparing routine financial reports, statements, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to facilitate timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring professional communication standards are met.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and manage procurement requests for the department.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for audits, meetings, and financial reviews.
  • Support general administrative tasks to ensure the department operates efficiently on a daily basis.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related clerical role (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an advantage.
