Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for government project documentation and compliance
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of cross-departmental meetings
- Handle incoming communications, correspondence, and stakeholder inquiries
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Prepare and process official documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist in procurement processes and inventory management for office supplies
- Support project coordination tasks including data entry and progress tracking
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
