Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, filing systems, and supply inventory.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate scheduling for healthcare staff and patients.
  • Prepare and update confidential patient records while ensuring full compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from clients, patients, and internal departments.
  • Process billing documents, invoices, and expense reports with high accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Support healthcare practitioners with administrative tasks to improve overall clinic efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient information.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical clinic setting is highly advantageous.
