As our Administrative Assistant, you will manage daily office logistics, support our healthcare practitioners, and serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries. The ideal candidate will be adept at multitasking, proficient in document management, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and operational excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless healthcare facility operations.
- Maintain and update patient records and office files with strict adherence to data privacy regulations.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient intake processes, and physician calendars.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone inquiries, with professionalism.
- Prepare and organize reports, invoices, and necessary healthcare documentation.
- Liaise between staff, patients, and external vendors to streamline workflows.
- Monitor office supply inventory and facilitate procurement when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clinical office support role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a professional office setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in documentation.
