Are you an organized professional with a passion for supporting operational excellence? The Wok People Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ang Mo Kio. In this role, you will be the backbone of our office, providing critical support to our Food Service operations and HR department.

The ideal candidate will be a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment. Whether you are coordinating operational workflows or assisting with Learning & Development initiatives, your contribution will directly impact our company's success. We are looking for someone who balances administrative precision with a helpful, service-oriented mindset.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations and HR departments.
  • Assist in the coordination of Learning & Development programs and training schedules.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation and filing.
  • Manage daily office workflows, including correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
  • Support the food service team with operational data entry and reports.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and onboarding preparation.
  • Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked efficiently.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide professional frontline communication.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of HR administrative processes is a strong advantage.
  • Must be able to work comfortably in an office environment based in Ang Mo Kio.
