Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and official documents.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for departmental records and project archives.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of proceedings.
  • Assist in the preparation of office reports, memoranda, and circulars for management review.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and monitor replenishment schedules.
  • Provide front-desk support by welcoming guests and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and courier coordination.

Kualifikasi

  • Completion of at least two years of studies in college or a relevant vocational course.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in office administration or secretarial work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced government office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possession of relevant Civil Service Eligibility (Sub-Professional or Professional) is an advantage.
